Your first session will be a review of information provided in your initial intake packet as well as any assessment results.  The first session will begin the process of identifying the goals you want to achieve in therapy.  Therapy is an interactive process, but can also produce anxiety — if at any time you experience discomfort, don't hesitate to inform me.

The first session will last approximately 60 minutes.  Subsequent session will last 45 minutes.

Individual sessions are $200, while couple's sessions are $250. Some insurance plans are accepted; please discuss prior to your first appointment. Payments, including co-pays and deductibles according to the Good Faith Estimate, are required when services are rendered.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects patients from "surprise" medical bills. If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use it, the No Surprises Act requires providers to give you a "Good Faith Estimate" of your expected costs before your appointment.

There will be a charge of $150 for all cancellations or no-shows within a 24-hour period prior to the appointment.  If you need cancel the appointment, please reach out to discuss.
